Doesn't Canada still have a bunch of completely unsettled land in the north? I'm surprised no one buys it up and develops it.

Sure. Good luck with jobs and Internet connectivity (for remote work). Also groceries and such.

Yeah I guess if someone wanted to do that they'd have to work out some logistics, but it seems like a pretty good investment opportunity especially since the arctic is getting warmer.
