JFTR, On official site link to build/compiling instruction is outdated, so just read `README.md` from release tarball or in `master` branch.[1,2]
Also, beside official Snap builds for Linux, there is unofficial PPA[2] for Debian & Ubuntu which provides fresh DEBs (as official distros[4] not yet packaged latest release).
Not yet with my DWG support, and still the old DXF. I.e. no advanced meshes, surfaces, solids, parametric/dynamic blocks. Solvespace native can do that, much better than AutoCAD.
