I don't think the video show a representative sample of the employee at either company; I suspect picks where selected for stage presence with a touch of preference for diversity.

I thought they were young people in the NASA video. Does that mean people at SpaceX are older ?

Remember that not all the staff could be at NASA today due to COVID policies. Most of the team is at home.
