I wrote that text, hehe. I'm not aware of any effort to fix that. It's already reasonably non-flickery thanks to other fixes, since that paragraph was written.

Why downvotes? I genuenly would like to know about it. The bug is present in all Pinephone versions, including the one on sale now.
