A great meeting has three key elements: the desired outcome of the meeting is clear ahead of time; the various options are clear, ideally ahead of time; and the roles of the participants are clear at the time.

I wonder how long ~ 1hr group meetings could be cut down.

Reading this got me wondering: is Daniel a genius or someone who got lucky once (1.5 times to be more exact) and now sees himself as a tech messiah?

Is Daniel Ek the scandinavian Elrich Bachman?

(Although Elrich was supposed to be of Dane ancestry which is also Scandinavian)
