Additionally, because it is hosted in Germany, you need to send them a copy of your ID and I found that their support was quite amateurish. So for me the process was:
Go to hetzner.de, create an account, it gets instantly closed because you have a UK driving licence but were born elsewhere (perhaps too complicated for them?).
