Apparently they had advanced plastic surgery using obsidian blades, and must have had some type of antibiotics for all that surgery.

Plastic surgery is as old as civilization and possibly older, there are recorded procedures for doing rhinoplasty in ancient Egypt. I’d attribute the reason for this being certain bones in the face breaking and mending easily.


Unfortunately they didn't. They didn't have anaesthetic either, beyond the usual drugs and alcohol.
