This is fantastic. For urban living, in appartments, 5Ghz is great in part because of the shorter range.

Roughly speaking, how many WIFI chanels does 1200 Mhz give? How does this compare to 5Ghz?

Historically the channels were 20MHz. More recently 40MHz and I don’t know if ac goes wider?

1200MHz of bandwidth is a lot.
