Device is going to detect idiots on highway driving too close (hanging on bumper in urge to overtake), save video and upload it automatically (not decided yet where) when parked in home wifi range. Distance between cars can be estimated from distance between lights. GPS for ignoring traffic jam (speed), and video overlay.
