Ok, a lot of these features requires the site to ask the user for permission to use them. What is the percentage of users giving permission for the usage? In my experience not that great even when asking for something that will definitely improve the user experience in that context of the site they are on.

If users don't really give you permissions to use these things it implies to me that users don't really want them.
