Now that is an interesting surprise! Is that a cultural/knowledge issue, or is it poverty doing that?

In my estimation, it's just poverty. They know that other families have a phone for each person. They see the billboards, they see the TV shows, they have children who go to school with kids that have their own phones. But some of these people are working two full-time jobs, or even three part-time jobs, and still struggling.
