Yes possible they choose something. We have been using it for quite some time. It also server as an example how to build a nice single page progressive web app for the team.

Although we don't use coffeescript, its' nice implemention. Also there design assets [1] are also open source, so indeed if your team wants can change those minor icons or other details.
