I have a iPad for notes (Goodnotes). I use my Notes app on iPhone when I don’t have my iPad with me. I get about an email every five minutes. Phones calls all day. I have a lot of trouble managing my daily (and longer term) detailed todo list on so many devices. I need a better and more disciplined approach to managing all of this. Does anyone have any good approaches or solutions to this. I assume it takes discipline. I just don’t have a framework or approach. Would love to hear how others manage this.
