When Intel repeatedly says they're going to continue making the modems for the iPhone up to 2020 but now have shown themselves to have been blatantly lying, clearly this has to be illegal or at least warrant an investor lawsuit right?
Did you read the linked news piece? It seems like they said directly that:
> "The company will continue to meet current customer commitments for its existing 4G smartphone modem product line, but does not expect to launch 5G modem products in the smartphone space, including those originally planned for launches in 2020."
