We appreciate the feedback from all of our loyal Chargify customers and we will have an update shortly to show we understand this support. A plan only available to those that already have accounts that will be much less and have a smaller number of customers.

We are very sorry that we did not show this understanding in our announcement and pricing. No excuses.
