I work in a larger development team with developers, sys admins, database admins, other ops. We have trouble communicating important production changes (code base changes, config file changes, active server changes, etc) between all of us. In other words, when things break, we have to ask around if changes were made, rather than just knowing. Are there any tools that you use to help you notify others of important production changes across all types of changes?
