Tesla issues strongest statement yet blaming drive...
They should probably take a page from Waze and allow drivers to report areas where autopilot doesn't function properly. Fleet learning but not crowd sourcing?

They technically do, in a Tesla you can report a bug using your voice while you are driving. Now, I don't know if/how they act on the bug reports.
