Right. Yet we're told there are few retained memories from this time. Maybe what they meant is each of us retain only one or two.. but all of us retain some.

Not sure that's quite right either. I have no recollection of any events before the age of 10 or so.

I am also like this, I basically remember nothing before grades 5/6 and all of my "Memories" are derived from stories told by others.
