It’s me, the other guy. That bio is pretty old, but it was accurate at the time. Caddy required a legal entity a few years ago for several reasons, so we went with “Light Code Labs”. LCL owns Caddy and is the legal entity through which we do business. mholt was (and still is) very concerned about making Caddy sustainable. I am also concerned about this, since I knew that mholt wasn’t going to maintain the project for free forever. So he invited me to join him and help with logistical things (money/taxes, trademarks, etc.), along with some technical things (currently working on an API for Caddy, as well as implementing apt-get with the build server). mholt is his own person, and I am not in a position to coerce him into doing things he doesn’t want to.
