Hetzner is great. I'm running a site with ~45TB monthly traffic on 3 physical servers and it costs me just over $150. I would have to pay many thousands to any cloud hosting provider and it wouldn't pay off in my case.

Sure, if high availability is critical for you business and money is not an issue, it may be worth it. YMMV.
