Skylake now GA on GCE
I never used GCE before. Is there built-in spending limits already? Is there easy way to create said $10 instance that will only ever cost me $10?
After all it's one of the main reasons why I prefer Digital Ocean for small projects.

Yes–you can create budgets, either as absolute amounts or based on last month's spending. You can also set percentages at which you're notified by email.
