I'm kinda curious what sort of folks prefer not, and why they're still working there.

I can sorta understand it, having worked in one situation where some screwed up incentives meant that I'd be better off personally if my employer tanked. But I'm really glad that I left. It's terribly emotionally draining to want to do the right thing and yet be in a situation where your incentives are to not. Why not find a place where your personal goals are much more aligned with your employer's goals?
