Really, check out WPS Office on both Linux and Windows. It's a phenomenal MS-Office clone, 100x better than both OpenOffice and LibreOffice (because it actually acknowledges that MS-Office is a good piece of software).

I use Gnumeric and Abiword. I like the straightforward UI that doesn't try to be innovative or flashy and focuses on functionality. Do many people actually need a suite of several interconnected office apps? I just need to edit documents.
