I run a sub of 500K+. I like the new mod-mail. To me, it resembles a ticketing system, which I think is a very reasonable approach.

New modmail is significantly better. I don't see how anybody could describe it as "unusable" compared to the old system.

All it's missing is search and it'll be perfect.
