Let us not lose sight of this: the enforcement of the "right to be forgotten" is a form of censorship.

Censorship is not the suppression of any information, it's the suppression of some types of information by some types of actors [1].

If someone gets dox'ed and their private address gets exposed to the internet, asking for the information to be removed is not censorship, but protecting private information. Having revenge porn removed is also not a form of censorship, but protection of the individual. It is very important that privacy is protected, especially because spreading (mis)information can destroy someone's life.

Of course, the right to be forgotten can be misused. That's why it should be carefully encoded in law under which circumstances the right can be applied.

Yes, that's why I specifically cited copyright and defamation of examples of suppression of information that are not censorship. But forced redactions under TRTBF are clearly censorship.
