Amen. I'm so tired of self proclaimed "Thought Leaders" coming up with bombastic new buzzwords to sell to managers. In my eyes, the DevOps "movement" has mostly been a complete failure. It went from being about cultural change to half of the people thinking it's about Operations writing automation and the other half thinking it means no Ops team at all, and developers doing everything.
