I'm disappointed by this article and I'm disliking the "noble savage"[1] tone of the rest of the comments. Yes, you may like it for it's quaint feel but I wanted the author to go into details of how the internet actually functions in Cuba, what sort of restrictions are in place and whats happening to move away from this regressive system.
