Yeah - the effect might have been gorgeous in the mockup but the moire pattern did not survive the JPEG compression.

The moiré pattern does get rather mangled but I can appreciate an artistic interpretation of the current photograph-of-a-monitor images, which capture the spirit of sitting in an ops control room in the middle of the night looking at the graph more so than a screenshot would.

But I agree they could be executed better, as right now they look low-rent more so than artistic.
