Being questioned by the FBI is not analogous to being shot in the head.

Being told "the FBI has decided to talk to you without a lawyer present" has a small but entirely real chance of resulting in personal or professional harm.

Also, I don't know where you got "in the head" from.

Driving to work has a small but entirely real chance of resulting in personal (maybe not professional) harm.

If we're going to veer into dumb analogies again, this would be more like driving to work after somebody leaves you a voicemail saying "I'm going to be suddenly braking in front of your car for your entire commute".

My comment wasn't an analogy.

I'm pointing out that everything has risk, and if your response is to have panic attacks, you are not reacting the way a healthy person reacts.

Reacting with stress and worry to an implicit threat of physical or social harm is exactly like a healthy person.

I agree, however there wasn't a threat of implicit physical or social harm, and this reaction goes above and beyond "stress and worry".

> however there wasn't a threat of implicit physical or social harm

"We are going to try and question you without your lawyer" is absolutely an implicit threat.
