You won't convince these guys, they're mostly jackasses. The only thing that will get through to them is something that pulls their negligence and horrid practices out into the light.

You need headlines to break them. They will not do the right thing until they have to, and the FDA isn't going to get that rolling.

I'd want good disclosure practices if someone was targeting my products, but I'm also not stubborn and defend terrible products with "Well, no one has been hurt yet!"
