On one hand, I don't want to put anyone on the spot. On the other, you are working for a political campaign so I think legitimate questions (i.e., not partisan rhetoric) should go with the territory. Also, potential hires might want to consider these issues:
1) How do you feel about the privacy aspects of gathering all this information about Americans, especially potentially sensitive information about their political views? Can people opt out of your data collection?
2) Is the funding for Groundwork effectively more dark money in the election campaign? If so, do you feel that is detrimental?
3) A more technical question: There have been many campaigns on many levels, including Obama's, utilizing similar tools. Why build new bespoke tools from scratch (if I'm right about that)?
