This is false. UWP is literally a sandbox. And Windows also supports containerization.

Most apps aren’t UWP, therefore not ubiquitous.

macOS takes a much more hardline approach to this, which is what’s needed for things like this.

Windows containers are crapshot. Unlike linux containers you must match the exact kernel version. And GPU acceleration is iffy, which is important for games.
