Also Apple section should have a count of the number of them broken or stolen. ^_^

Magsafe power cables needing replacement, due to the separable part being the side that never ever needs replacement.

Oh, that is separable to make manufacturing cheaper. They ship the same powersupply worldwide and just swap out the plug. It's not for your benifit. Although if you travel a lot it is handy.

That makes sense. But I've replaced more power cables than I can remember because the bit that connects to the laptop frayed. Had to replace the entire 80$ item every time. I'm really not that careless with them, they fray so easily.

Exactly. Apple doesn't really have much of an incentive to make the cables last longer, because you are GOING to buy a new one. People aren't inconvenienced enough by this to make Apple fix this issue.

Also, revenue/profit from selling lightning cables.

And revenue from page clicks of FUD.

Forget fitness taker, smart watch and tiny little things. I'm thinking thin smartphones. If one of these can be powered by multiple RFID signal sources. Do the math for required power signal strength and get working around the limitations.

That will not work out. Even ignoring the elephant in the room that is powering the display, a smartphone communicates wirelessly over hundreds of meters.

You will never get that much power from RFID readers in any practical setup (if you're McGyver, a setup with thousands of readers, if not way more, and a few square meters of antenna might 'work', for a loose definition of the word)

The arising bugs in most softwares I use daily seem like a result of features bloating. I post some idiosyncrasies i stumble on my twitter @shkesar feed as a reminder that I won't follow the same misdirected belief.

Features and bugs is a much better situation than no features and no bugs, which seems to have been the unfortunate trend in recent years. Post-minimalism can't come soon enough.

> for every new user that comes on the internet, Facebook makes Rs. 8, while Google makes aroumd Rs. 48

Where are these figures from? Who pays facebook for signups? Just looking for an insight into this.

He's probably just dividing their revenue (or some other financial metric) by the number of users.

Fine. Thanks.

Wait! What all did the Jackie Chan's Tuxedo do?

Couldn't they just use bluetooth to connect it with laptop keyboards. I'll use that. Most of the times I have my laptop open along with my tablet and phone.
