Basically failing to lift weights that you could lift say last week. There are other factors too of course like fatigue, food, etc. that can make you fail to lift the same weights.

This is exactly my experience and I'm loving it. The key here is that it's a source, the things it produces still need to be checked.

Rather than assume someone is lying, maybe look for what another explanation might be.
