It's interesting to see more people embracing the patch-stack workflow! For those interested in using the patch-stack workflow, but not ready to change to sapling, git patch stack would be worth checking out.

This workflow sounds similar to the one we use at my company! I use the git-ps tool we made to make stacks of usable micro-commits, and using the tool to keep things logical and working as things change and the code develops. https://github.com/uptech/git-ps


I don't quite understand how it is intended to be used, if you have time can you describe your work flow with the tool?


When thinking about my female friends, it is hard to believe that this is the type of crap that they will most likely, scratch that, will experience. I can keep my actions in check, call people out on theirs, but it just doesn't seem like it's enough.
