Exactly. It is what makes pakistan relevant in the world compared to other countries in the area. And it is the only thing that nearly all, if not all politicians are united on.
I prefer nicotine over caffiene, since it calms the body, relaxes it (including the joints and bowels) and allows you to focus on the task at hand without any distraction. Theres also many different ways of taking nicotine (from cigs and vaping to gum and snus to patches). YMWV but a lot of people i know like nicotine for this exact reason
But does this not impact ALL russians including those protesting against putin? Also, does this not go against the entire FOSS philosophy- free as in libre and free as in gratis?
Worse than that, it would target mostly the people that are already against him, possibly forcing a lot of them to immigrate and leaving even fewer active opposition inside the country.

It is likely an error to assume that GitHub's operators have "foss philosophy", especially given that GitHub is owned by the people who sell Windows and Office and Xbox.
I am aware github itself is not foss. But the vast majority of FOSS projects hosted on github make github a big FOSS place, and by blocking their access (and asking for them to be blocked) is denying access to a lot of FOSS
The current way HN works is fine for news and links etc, but for discussions i personally believe an imageboard style will work better (based on the number of replies against time), though that means that certain threads that become arguments will also be on the front page.
Is ksysguard not similar to task manager? The only advantage task manager has over it is that it can show the rw speed for externally plugged in devices like that, whereas ksysgaurd you have to add it manually?
