If diversity training was actually about thinking, instead of race, gender, etc. it would be beneficial. But, diversity of thought is something most companies and most government officials want to suppress. As the old saying goes, it’s all about drinking the Kool-Aid. Diversity training, as currently taught, is inherently racist. Hint to all those white, liberal virtue signalers, in general, minorities do not need your approval or assistance to succeed.

Somehow we've gone from 'I don't see race' to 'if you don't see race you are a racist' and that seems counterproductive to me.
