I think it's a bit vaguely described but I think the pedestrian wasn't in the path of the vehicle at 5.6 seconds since they were walking perpendicularly. The system couldn't classify the person or that they were walking into its path. Or at least that what I gathered from that. I guess if it classifies something as unknown it's basically would have no behavior? I am just speculating.
